CNC Milling

MMT offers a wide range of milling services, starting with our 5 smaller HAAS VF-2 mills which feature 12,000 rpm spindles and work travels of 30"x16"x20", for larger parts we have 3 HAAS VF-4 which also feature the 12,000 rpm spindle and work travels of 50"x20"x25".MMT also has a VF-3 YT which features a 12,000 rpm spindle and work travels of 40"x26"x25". For high volume applications in the milling department MMT has 3 HAAS EC-400 twin pallet horizontal machining centers which feature 12,000 rpm spindles and 20'x20"x20" work envelopes and 1 MORI SEIKI NH 4000 twin pallet horizontal machining center which features a 14,000 rpm spindle and work envelope of 22"X22"x25". For more complex components our vertical machining centers offer two 4-Axis rotary's and a 5-Axis Trunnion Table.

CNC Turning

MMT offers a wide range of turning services, starting with our 2 smaller turning centers,HL-2BB and SL20 which feature a 10"x 20" work envelope. For high volume small part applications we offer bar feeding capabilities on the SL-20. For Larger applications MMT has 3 SL-30 turning centers which feature a work envelope of 14.5" x 30".

Assembly

MMT provides light assembly services ranging from small assembly and packaging to pressing bearings and setting torque specifications on fasteners.

Polishing

MMT offers full polish capabilities on aluminum and stainless components for those parts that need a mirror like appearance.

Full Service Manufacturing

MMT can be your single source for manufactured components. MMT can stock raw material in our expansive warehouse, produce high volumes of parts and keep stock on our shelf for customers and ship as needed. If polishing, assembly and packaging are needed MMT can provide these services also. To support our manufacturing we utilize the latest versions of MasterCAM and SolidWorks for programming and design.
